Andy is one of our site leaders. He has a background in mechanical engineering and tree surgery and has a real eye for detail.

Lewis loves outdoor work and building a team. He enjoys seeing others thrive, grow and heal. He is our patio specialist and big picture guy.

Staff Team
We employ a group of people who haven't been in regular employment for over a year. They are being supported to get used to the demands of work, with the aim of being able to move on to other jobs after a period with Greenhouse.
